Today 8/04/2009 I called the number 888-366-2710@1:32pm first I spoke to a representative by the name of Akia or something like that this person transfered me to Marvin but before he transfer me he gave me a number just in case it got disconnected that number is 1-800-473-7247 and Marvin transfered me to Chris about my situation I have a water heater that needs a part that should be covered under the manufactures home warranty and none of these persons were able to assist me Chris was asking somebody else and put me on hold but after a couple... read full review »
