I ordered 4 collars from Hot Dog Collars and they looked great when I received them, but 2 of the collars have had the studs start coming off. I contacted customer service and it is impossible to talk to a person. They make you leave a message and they never call you back. I have left phone messages and email messages many times and they WILL NOT contact me back. Their customer service is non-existent and they clearly do not stand behind their products.
