I purchased coverage on my refrigerator, scheduled an appointment for a repair and service technician did not show up. The service person was suppose to call me the day of the appointment and arrive between the hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. I called the service center at 5:00 pm, they said the technician was still coming and he was told to call me immediately, he did not!
