We're customers of WaMu and loved the bank; never had any problems with them. Now we were moved to Chase but we're looking for another bank because the service we're getting from Chase is terrible. Credit Cards: I've had a credit card with Chase for several years. Recently, when checking over my online accounts, I was stunned to see they'd lowered my credit limit by $5000.00!!
