I have contacted this company for a website design. They agreed to build a website for me for $1350 and asked for a deposit 0f 450.00 which I paid the same day. When I realized that the website was not being created after 3 weeks, I asked for my money back so that I could go to a different company. They refused to refund my deposit under the pretext that they usually ask for half of the amount and since my 450 was less than half of 1350 they cannot refund my money.
