at home rewards has been deducting $14.95 from my checking account since the account was cancelled immediately after my wife was duped into enrolling over the internet. The cancellation was made over the phone in August 2008. Upon calling customer service, they said that my latest phonecall is the only phone call ever, which is an absolute lie.
