My mother (80+) purchased glasses at Doctor's Value Vision. A few days after she got the glasses one of the lens fell out. We took them back and had the lens put back in. Then after several trips to have the lens put in and the glasses readjusted, she resigned herself to learning how to put the lens in herself.
