They lied to me when they knocked on my door said they was with my current alarm co. They said they needed to change my batteries come to find out they was from pinnacle alarm co. They offered more coverage for the same money I agreed I agreed to a two way system with cellular backup had trouble with alarm system at that time the technician informed me that I had a celluar unit . Which is not what we agreed upon had trouble with system they said I would have to pay for technician I am going to cancel because they lied to me about my system... read full review »
