I have tried to stick it out with this dental office. I have been dissatified for some months now and decided I had enough. Recently my son had an appointment for 5:00pm and it was changed in their system to 4:30pm. When he arrived at 4:50pm, he was told he would have to reschedule because his appointment was at 4:30pm. Well they sent the appointment card in the mail and it clearly states 5:00pm.
