My student loan was sold to ACS. I paid it off early in July 2008 according to their payoff amount request. In October 2008 I started receiving a bill for $978.00 from ACS saying that I owed them that much more. It is now August 2009 and I am still fighting with them regarding this issue. They now say that they posted a payment wrong in back in 2007 and I owe them now. They want access to my bank account to check on my payments.
