Do not shop at Ethan Allen Furniture store. It is expensive, and it is not a customer service oriented store. Their service is slow, I can't tell you how long I have waited and waited and waited for calls back, appointments, paperwork, etc. And, when I finally called to talk to the manager, her assistant said she was busy, of course. so I asked for some service regarding an order, and explained that I wanted to finally talk to a manager to relate what was happening to me and how dissatisfied I was.
