I have never ever written a complaint before and I'll be 60 in a couple of months. I have a Casual Male XL credit card which I am going to cut up to in little pieces. The customer service has been horrendous. I call about a problem with my bill in early Feb. I called for days, and days, and days - in the morning, afternoon, and evening.
