Bought a certified pre-owned 2004 corolla from Broadway Toyota which includes a warranty. We take it there for it's maintenance and checks. When there is something that should be taken care of under warranty, the service department conveniently forgets, or doesn't know that it's under warranty even though we bought it there. Or it will tell us that normally the service would be under warranty but in our case it is not. read full review »
