I had a privacy fence put up in 2004. Since it has been up, the wooden fence doors have fallen part. I called the first time about it, it took about 2 months for someone to come out and fix them. Within two weeks, they fell apart again. I called equity again, and my calls never got returned until I threatened legal counsel. Someone finally came out again. Within a month, the fence doors were falling apart again! Since then I have been calling them since September of 2006, and Mr. Fluharty keeps telling me that he will send someone out to fix the doors. No one never shows up.
