After buying a defective video game, I went back to the Philadelphia Best Buy in an attempt to return it. The store manager, Kolleen Grado, and the Customer Service supervisor I spoke to on the phone, John Morrisette, both would not help me even though it is Best Buy's problem if they are selling defective games.
