I was able to send an email to [email protected] a couple of minutes ago and there was not failed delivery. Lets hope this person the BBB stated will do something. I just took her first initial and last name and posted it to venue.com email address they have for contacts on the site. Also [email protected] does not work. read full review »

I placed an order from Venue.com on Ju, y 29, 2009. After reviewing other complains about orders taking about 30 days I was O.k. waiting a month even though shipping should actually take 2-3 weeks max. After three weeks I received an email stating my order was on backorder and expected to be shipped the beginning of September.
