Clive Booker claims to be a licensed Interior Designer in the State of Florida. He is not. He has bounced from one design firm to another over the years and acquired a smattering of knowledge, and with very smooth sales skills, manages to persuade clients to hire him. Then fails to perform. Once he took a $18, 000.00 kick-back from an artist for the Marriott Hotel Co. and then stiffed the artist for a promised extra that he approved.
