My branch manager Michael Esperenza in San Diego, California stated to me that if I use my ATM Debit Visa and choose "debit, " that it prompts me to enter my four-digit code, and that those funds are withdrawn immediately granted the account is in positive territory. I did just that! Checking my account balance on mobile banking it showed that the balance was "Not Available" on three occasions.
