I made 2 phone calls from a payphone in Dallas Airport to my home in Florida. Each call was ONE minute or less and I was charged over $20.00. This is an OUTRAGEOUS CONSUMER GOUGING! I called the company (800-226-2606) and filed a complaint. I was told that I should of dialed (00) to ask for a rate quote. They did offer me a 50% refund which I accepted. However, I feel this company should stop it's Consumer Gouging Practices. I am going to follow-up by reporting IOS to the Better Business Bureau (http://www.bbb.org) and the Federal Trade Commission (http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/consumer.shtm).
