I have been working with the company since January '09 to have my LLC setup. Of course, the credit card has been charged, although I can't get the documents. Just promises and the run around. Don't waste your time. Your better off paying the high attorney fees than dealing with these UN-professionals. I could have gone to the state offices myself in this 7-month timeframe.
