Bought two la z boy recliners for over $2000. Called dealer when we realized the chair leaned to the right, within a week of original delivery. Dealer jerked us around for several months and finally picked up the chair and sent it to manufacturer. Manufacturer sent chair back with their position that chair is fine and they consider the matter closed. they said any problem must be the result of my sitting in it wrong. Chair still leans to the right and always has. The chair is supposed to have a, Lifetime Warranty".
