They have charged to my Verizon telephone account a voicemail charge of $15.41. Last month I was charged $13.32 by Enhanced Services Billing Inc. I don't use voicemail and I told Verizon they were unauthorized charges. Verizon said nothing much can be done except they supposedly blocked my account so that there will be no future billings.
