I went online to buy this - currently I have Vonage (who I am very happy with) but was looking for a cheap soft second line for a fax that I rarely use. As usual, they tell you on the 31st day if it is not returned you will be charged $41.60. I figured returning it would be a nightmare, but wouldn't be out much money IMMEDIATELY a hold was put on my Chase card for $93.80.
