I lodged my tax return with Tax Returns Australia on the 2nd July 2009 - 3 weeks later they still hadn't lodged it with the tax office - and wouldn't respond to my emails. I then re-lodged my return with them on 21st July 2009 and I still have no refund. I have called them and can't get through and I have emailed with no answer. So basically I lodged my tax with them 5-6 weeks ago and I am still waiting for refund - or someone to contact me.
