Placed my order. Within 24 hours, called to confirm, agreed to 'extras'. The status of my order was "In Shipping" for nearly a month. When I called to find out when to expect shipment (no tracking #) I was hung up on repeatedly. Finally decided to cancel order -- got the major run-around. Finally had to turn ot over to my credit card company. Stay away from these guys -- I had the worst experience than with any internet vendor. read full review »
