I ordered a radio-controlled X-UFO for my grandchild. They did not pack it properly, and one of the wings got bent in shipment, and almost all the parts were scattered around inside the shipping box. I had to figure out how to re-pack the entire thing. I left a telephone message, an email, and finally a fax, too. It has been 2 weeks and no response.
