Bought a brand new Kenmore Regrigerator in May of 2005. It died while I was out of town on July 28, 2009. Just over 4 years old and it is unreparable now. Lost all the contents. What happened to long lasting appliances. My Whirlpool dishwasher circa 1985 and Whirlpool stove circa 1985 are 24 years old each. I won't replace them till I'm forced to.
