Puppy has gait abnormalities, plantigrade stance and throwing his front legs out to the side. Vet says these abnormalities were worstened from being confined in small area. Puppy bought with breeding rights. Two vets say puppy should be neutered to keep these traits from being passed on. She has about 20 females. I've been told this is a sign of a puppy mill.
