The product that were ordered were ordered next day air. I recived them 4 weeks latter as the company failed to inform me at the time they were not in stock. The sales staff was not helpfull in anyway in locating where my order was and never failed to have a excuse handy as to why it wasn't their fault. They also failed to reimburse me for any of the extra money I spent for next day air even though it took four weeks to get the product. It was shipped three weeks after order and ups standard not next day. Overall the sales staff was not helpfull and the company's service was unsatisfactory. read full review »
