We purchased a Optoma projector bulb from them, seeing that the site had been verified and that the address was provided. Should have checked the addy out, that way we would have seen that the address goes to a UPS store. Heck, should have checked the web for any scam reports of which there are many... anyways, never received the part, no answer from emails or phone messages (actually can't leave a message since it's "full"), the live chat is never working AND they charged the card. Stupid us we used a debit card so good luck in us getting that $$ back. read full review »
