I ordered a car seat on Amazon which was being sold through Baby Age. The price was low, so I called to confirm that it was the actual car seat as stated on the site and that the price was correct. I was told that it was the car seat and the price was correct as stated on the website. I received a confirmation email which stated that I had ordered a car seat. Three days later I receive a shipping confirmation from Baby Age stating that they shipped a car seat COVER. I called both Amazon and Baby Age, both passed the blame onto the other.
