i would like to thank Kari ( manager at savemyhomeusa ) she had over 100 hrs that she worked on my file she was able to help stop my sale date on my home and get the lender to lower my rate to a 2% rate for a 40 year term. I have seen alot of good and bad press about loan modification companies and i think the first thing you have to do is be patient when you start the process.
