I accessed an internet site for AcaiBerry which indicated a free trial for shipping & handling of $1.00 on November 8, 2008. I did receive sample and have not tried it yet. On November 23, 2008 my credit card account was charged $89.31 of which I feel I did not authorize nor have I received product as of December 8, 2008. I believe this company needs to change their proceedures or get out of business. It appears I am not the only one that has been charged in error. Thank you for filing this complaint.
