Teri Pugh was arrested for marijuana possesion in June 2007. She is required by florida law to report drug violations to the Florida licensure department of health, but did not do so in this case. She also did not report the violation to her employer, Sacred Heart Hospital. Ms. Pugh is a registered nurse and is a danger to the patients that she comes in contact with. She is a drug user and mentally unstable. Avoid her and Sacred Heart Hospital at all costs. read full review »
