This company has lost all 3 female employees (in an 8 person company) in just over two months due to unfair practices. Company is likely in violation of the Equal Pay Act and exercised bullying and harassment of female employees when asking to work overtime hours without pay and when questioned about its unfair pay practices. Company also had an in-house extermination done WITH employees in the office, and no efforts to air out the building were done after the extermination.
