I just got off the phone with a gent named Phillip at Jackson Hewit at 15th and Custer in plano. I asked for a copy of my signed tax return from last year. He stated that he could draft that for me, but I should call 1800-234-1040 to get an idea if there is a closer store. I called and punched in 75093. The automated service directed me to a 'customer service' rep named Stella. She refused to give me her location. She stated that she owen the company. She told me that I should go to speak with Phillip. She then hung up on me. Great customer service from Jackson Hewitt in Plano, TX. :-( Mark read full review »
