Hello - I have been a loyal customer of illinois telehpone corporation for 2 years now. I a have put up with a lot of thier bad behavior over time. For example the additional charges when i have to pay through their websight. If i pay via my bank they have the longest pay day lag vs. anyother provider. They send the bill just so late that you have very little time to pay them etc etc. But the worst has been - when you call them they are rude and horrible and make you feel that they would be happier to be anywhere else but talking to you.
