I bought a system from these guys in Jan 99 - long before I knew about this website. I ordered a P2-400 with the Boston Acoustics sound system upgrade for an additional $79. I got a P2-350 with defective RAM and NO SOUND whatsoever even though I got charged for it. When I called, tha sales department made me feel like it was my fault and said that I ordered the wrong system. If I wanted to exchange it, I had to pay for the return shipping ($120).
