DO NOT BUY from this company no matter how much you like their coffee!! I have sent back the last 2 orders that I did not even order. My credit card was charged for thse shipments and each month I call to get a refund and they tell me 2 billing cycles. The first person implied it was from the date they sent it, the second from the date they received it and the third from the day I called. They claim that UPS takes well over a month to return it and then it has to go back to a different warehouse and be processed before they issue a refund... read full review »
