Representing being Toshiba's "outlet", a computer was purchased. It was refurbished. A 2-year extended warranty was purchased and paid for. It happens that Toshiba NEVER received notification of the extended warranty, which expired in 90 days. It took 10 teelephone calls to have an answer from Compdirect.com; they said that when there is problem we should contact "Repair Master", not Toshiba, not Compdirect either! read full review »
