I called to cancel they made it very difficult. I finally got a cancellation number. Then they charged my card. Every time I called to get my money back their computer systems were down or when I would ask to speak to someone in charge they would say I would get a call with in 72hrs. and never would. I called to make sure that it was still cancelled or when I would get my money back. Then they charged my again and I never received any product. They just keep giving me the run around and it is so upsetting. I ended up calling my credit card... read full review »
