I could never get an appointment at the northbrook location. They managed to take over $1, 000 dollars of my money, but whenever I wanted an appointment they were booked solid for 6 to 8 weeks. I requested a refund in March and they said it would take 8 to 10 weeks. It's August now and no refund. Know I can't get them on the phone... read full review »
