I have had this magicjack for over 3 months and it has yet to work more than once or twice properly and when I get calls sometimes the caller cannot here me as well as if I call someone, same thing, either can't hear me or there is lots of background noise. Mostly it just does not work right. The live chat is automated, nothing live about that. can't contact anyone without a whole day to do it. I want my money back but how do you go about that?, when you can't even get any tech help. read full review »
