I purchased 2 headsets from this company and 1 Bluetooth headset was DOA, they suggested calling the manufacturer to fix it, talked with the manufacturer and they agreed that it was dead and to return it for a new one which they reluctantly did. A few weeks later we noticed that the battery wasn't holding a charge so again was told to call the manufacturer and they shipped us a new battery.
