I was taking a business flight from St. Paul Minnesota back to Bloomington Il. We arrived at our gate with 20 minutes to spare. We were then informed that we need to go across the airport to another gate as they had just had to make a change. Pretty typical for the airline. So when we arrived, I had my ticket and my baggage checked but wasn't on the list. So after about 10 minutes of waiting they started to get the issue straightened up.
