Company does not take action on complaints of harrassment in the workplace seriously. Once you go to HR with your complaint, you are in fear of your job and they eventually retaliate against you and push you out. They also don't hire people based on their knowledge and skills. If they don't like the way that they look like, speak or sometimes race, they won't hire them. You need to be able to fit into their beer drinking, name calling, offensive joke work environment. As a female working with all males, it is very hard to fit in or take some of the joking. read full review »
