Well, I have been reading these complaints abouit Fitness 19 and can't say that I'm surprised. I too was a victim of their deceptive business practices. I can't tell you how many times we were told that we were "Owners" of the club. But mysteriously enough, the company balked at putting anything in writing. Everything was carefully stated verbally that you were indeed an owner.
