Hi We recently booked a holiday and travelled with Viking Airways we booked and paid for 3 seats unfortunately my step son was unable to travel with us due to legal problems with his mother waiving the court order which said he could come on holiday with us for four weeks in any one year Viking refused to refund the money for his seat £356.00 and so we took that on the chin and expected to have a vacant seat next to us on our flight and the baggage allowance that accompanied that seat.
