This product was to be a free trial my 14 day free trial was to start when product was recieved, I recieved two days after Christmas, and they billed my credit card unauthoirized for another shipment I never recieved. I tried to contact them via toll free number and there is a 33 minute hold time, I went to www.get orderhelp.com and they only allow 250 characters, plus I have to give them 48 hours to respond, trial was shipped after the 17th never recieved untill 27th, already billed for another shipment, that was never recieved, and thi... read full review »
