I just spent the last hour on the phone with customer service regarding charges on my credit card for products I have not received. They put me on hold and transferred me and then hung up. Then I called back and still no solution to my complaint. They say they have a tracking number and that proves I received the first shippment and charge $3.95 for shipping and then 14 days later charged $87.13 for a bottle I NEVER RECEIVED.
